Lawrence Hay - Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Hay has extensive experience providing corporate development services and consultation to both private and public-sector clients, particularly those within the battery resource industries. After obtaining his Red Seal certification in 2012, Mr. Hay developed a significant interest in the lithium market due to the growing demand in electric vehicles. Harry Nijar - CFO

Mr. Nijjar is currently a Managing Director with Malaspina Consultants Inc. and provides CFO and strategic financial advisory services to his clients across many industries. As CFO of Oberon Uranium Corp. Mr. Nijjar will be responsible for the financial reporting and other administrative functions. Mr. Nijjar is currently also CFO of Los Andes Copper Ltd., Playgon Games Inc., Forty Pillars Mining Corp. and Marvel Biosciences Corp.

Warren Robb - Chief Geologist

Mr. Robb has been involved in mineral exploration and mining for 35 years gaining experience with both Senior and Junior mining and exploration company’s. Over this period Mr. Robb has explored for gold, diamonds and base and strategic metals in North America, South America, China and Africa. Mr. Robb served as chief geologist with the exploration Team from Roxgold Inc. that discovered the Yaramoko gold deposit in 2012 in Burkina Faso. Mr. Robb is a registered Professional Geoscientist in B.C.

Alex Klenman - Director

Mr. Klenman is an experienced junior mining executive whose career spans over 30 years in the private and public sectors, with an emphasis on business development, finance, marketing, media, and corporate communications. Over the past decade he has held, and continues to hold leadership roles with numerous publicly traded resource companies, including senior officer and/or director positions with Azincourt Energy, Tisdale Clean Energy, Leocor Gold, and others.
